I focus on placing Superintendents, Project Managers and Project Engineers for residential home builders, commercial construction firms and pipeline construction companies.

Genevieve is a client focused and results-driven executive. She is the “glue” that keeps the Z Search Group together, dipping her hands in each aspect of the organization.
Genevieve manages our outreach efforts including online marketing, corporate events, and client database. By building strong, lasting relationships with each of our clients, Genevieve sets out to help candidates find a career, not a job.
You will often find Genevieve with her dog Captain, the Z Search Group’s VP of Pawperations.
